Quality you can measure
Every part is checked against your print before it leaves our shop, with the documentation to prove it.
Inspection built into every job
Getting it right is a habit here. Our machinists check critical features as they work, learn from every job and keep improving, so the parts you receive match your print the first time.
Quality isn’t a department at the end of the line. Our machinists verify critical features in process, and every order gets a final inspection before shipping. When a print calls for documentation, we provide it.
Inspection & documentation
- First article inspection (FAI) reports
- In-process inspection at defined frequencies
- Final dimensional inspection to print
- Material certifications & certificates of conformance
- Lot traceability from raw material to shipment

How we keep parts right
Every job follows the same disciplined routine: a machinist reviews the print before it’s quoted, first pieces are checked before the run continues, critical features are verified in process, and every order gets a final inspection before it ships. Parts that call for it are measured on our Mitutoyo CMM, and inspection results go out with your order when you need them.
