CNC turning & lathe services
Turned and milled parts completed in one cycle on our Doosan and Kia lathes with sub-spindles and live tooling, held to ±.001″ all day.
Turned parts with tight concentricity and fine finishes
From simple spacers to complex shafts with keyways, cross holes and flats, our CNC turning centers produce round parts that hold diameter, concentricity and surface-finish requirements, part after part.
We hold within a thousandth all day long, and frequently within half a thousandth or less. How tight depends on the part: size and rigidity play a role, and we’ll be straight with you about what your part can hold.
Both of our larger lathes carry live tooling, and the Doosan adds a Y-axis, so we can drill, tap and mill off-center features, flats and cross holes without moving the part to a mill. Fewer setups mean fewer chances for error and a lower price for you.
Our sub-spindle lathes get a more rigid grip on the raw material and sync RPM with the main spindle, so the part transfers cleanly and both ends are machined in one cycle. On tight work we switch to a dedicated finishing tool or insert for a cleaner final pass and less tool wear, and our machinists watch the job and adjust offsets as needed to keep every diameter in tolerance.
